    Automatic log out

My dashboard had this comment on it.

    "Time out enhancement disabled"

Until the feature is re-enabled, you will not see the countdown timer after 15 minutes of inactivity and you will not be automatically redirected to the login page after being logged out. We will re-enable the feature as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience

I never liked this feature of automatic log it.  It is the inconvenience.  I often do several things at the computer and then I will switch to Fellowship One, be into it in depth, get called away for a few minutes and come back to work on it again and I am logged out!  Yuck!  Now, I have to start over again.

When I first saw this post I thought it meant it wouldn't log me out.  But it means the countdown timer won't appear and I won't be redirected to the login page.  I guess it will just bump me all the way off of IE.

I just wish we had a longer period of inactivity before we get bumped off.  It is not like a banking account that I go into a few times a week and therefore they bump me off for security.

This is the program I am in all day long at work, but I am not accessing it every moment of the day.  But I use it consistently through the day and having to re-log-in is frustrating time after time after time.

As a church member, I'm glad you get logged out after a period of activity.  One of the best things about F1 is that you can use it anywhere.  One of the worst things about F1 ist that you can use it anywhere.  I'm glad my name, address, phone number, and giving record aren't left on the screen for hours on end when you forget to log off after looking up my phone number at a public access terminal at that conference you're attending.
