    Problems with mobile fellowshipone

    Hi,

Very new to fellowship one so perhaps this is a newbie mistake (just missing something).  I am using an Axim 51v to log into mobile.fellowshipone.com   There is no problem logging on, however when I enter a name (using first name with proper pull down) it responds with no results.   I know the name is there (I used my own :-) but no results appear.  What am I missing?

    Mark,

Before I answer your question, I wanted to make sure you knew you could go to mobile.fellowshipone.com from your web browser on your computer to test. The mobile version of the website works whether you are on a mobile device or at your computer.

Now, that being said. I think this is a problem with the mobile version of Fellowship One. I used it last a few weeks ago and it worked. It now appears broken. You might want to call suppport.

I know they have built and are testing a new version of the mobile site. Maybe that planned testing and rollout someone messed up the current version.

(Personally, I am looking forward to the new mobile version!!!)

I heard from a reliable source that the new version of Mobile F1 is being tested right now and the training staff is even adding a training video for this functionality.  Don't quote me on that though.

I am personally excited about Mobile F1 because I am going to buy the new IPhone when it comes out in 2 weeks.  Of course the full portal works fine when you use an IPhone anyway.

Got any idea if the new mobile website will be formated for a mobile screen? The current one is the size of a regular webpage and I have to zoom in on my iphone to see it. I think that it needs to be formatted for the iphone with a home screen logo and such.

Also, with the iphone becoming more popular could F1 become a application for the iphone/ipod touch...just an idea.

Just updated to 2.0 software on my 1 gen iphone! But it took forever...good luck with the new one. I heard that it is running better than the old and activates faster.
