There are a few options in Fellowship One that will allow you to associate that Church Mailbox Number with the entire family. Since this is an actual address for the family, we should add it as an address at the household level. The trick is to pick an one of the 8 address types in Fellowship One that you are going to use for your church mailbox addresses only.
Benefit: This will minimize the time it takes to associate the mailbox numbers with each person as an individual, and give you access to label reports when you need them.
Let me give an example. Fred and Wilma Flintstone go to Dynamic Church and have Mailbox number 123 assigned to them and their family.
As the portal user, I look up Fred or Wilma in my Dynamic Church Fellowship One database. I select them. Next, I'll select the Communications Tab and choose to [Add New] in that tab. By default, I will be able to add a household address value. I change the address type to an address type dedicated to the family mailboxes (perhaps the Vacation address type, or Org address type). I write Church Mailbox 123 in the Address 1 field - then save.
Now that Address will be associated with every member of the household.
Ideally, you would have the ability to designate church specific address types. I can confirm that this is in Fellowship One in the pipeline.
