    Children and kiosks

    We are having an issue with the freedom of the kiosk. While on the one hand, people can check themselves to all events and services, we are finding that children are playing with the kiosks and creating ficticious names for themselves. What do you suggest?

    Norma,

    We typically staff our kiosks with volunteers.  This makes check-in run smoother since they are trained and keeps kids off the machines.  We still encounter problems during non check-in times, but am in the process of establishing passwords and appropriate permissions at each station.
