I recently visited Lakewood church in Houston to help them get up and running on the Volunteer Pipeline. Their process called for the use of contacts to start the process and then once the prospective volunteer attended a staff interview they put the person into the Volunteer Pipeline to help track their requirements such as background checks and reference checks. All that to say you have to understand what your process is then look at what the Volunteer Pipeline is and work your process into and around Fellowship One.
