    Volunteers

How are churches utilizing the Volunteer Pipeline feature in F1? What's working, what's not? Any suggestions? We're getting ready to begin funneling volunteers through the pipeline and I'd like to get some feedback from other churches as we begin to look at our volunteer process within the children's ministry and how to incorporate the volunteer pipeline into it. Thanks for your feedback!

    Re: Volunteers

    SBANKS,

I recently visited Lakewood church in Houston to help them get up and running on the Volunteer Pipeline.  Their process called for the use of contacts to start the process and then once the prospective volunteer attended a staff interview they put the person into the Volunteer Pipeline to help track their requirements such as background checks and reference checks.  All that to say you have to understand what your process is then look at what the Volunteer Pipeline is and work your process into and around Fellowship One.

    Thanks,
