Introducing Small Group Manager to Leaders

    Hey everyone,

Our church is getting ready to implement the small group manager so that all of the groups can post attendance, manage rosters and such on their own.  Currently we have about 24 groups.  Does anyone have any experience going through this process who could give me tips on the best way to execute this?

    Thanks,

    Jeff,

In terms of how some other F1 customers are using the Weblink tools I have some examples in this Google Notebook link.  Go to the grouping called "Fellowship One Customer Websites Utilizing Web Integration (WebLinkYou can see that many of these churches are using the Small Group forms and tools.  I know the thrust of your question is probably geared toward how churches implement within the staff and organizational processes.  I still think this could be helpful for you and hopefully some other WebLink users will be sharing their change management / internal processes for all our benefit!

Using Windows Media Encoders screen capture function I created a little .wmv file that shows the small group leader how to use the tool. The video shows the mouse movment with narration.
