Just wondering if anyone has a stellar event management system.  We use fellowship one and a complimentary event management system (calendarwiz.com) to manage our resources (schedule rooms, set up, etc.)  We've found the calendarwiz to be quite frustrating in dealing with recurring events, and cancellations.  Basically its a communication breakdown at every turn.  Does anyone have a suggestion of something they are using that is working?  Does anyone have experience with EventsU?  We are exploring that option, but it is significantly more expensive (about $2400/year compared to $275/year with calendar wiz).

 Please help if you can.

We have been using EventU for about 4 years and love it. It's easy to set up, easy to use, and when needed, Tech Support is very helpful. All of our Ministry Assistants have been empowered to enter their ministry's events, then the Administrator as the Final Approver/Gatekeeper. Works very well for us. We use EventU to schedule over 150 weekly events primarily occuring on our 95,000 sq ft campus.  It is an easy system to set up your own unique resources and support forms.  It is generally easy to schedule an event or find rooms that are available.  I expect we will continue with EventU until Fellowship develops a good replacement product.
