I found this post buried in our forum. I am sorry no one responded earlier. I quite often set up a "Maintenance Request" contact form for churches. This enables all the staff to easily submit maintenance requests directly to a facilities manager with Fellowship One access. It also helps reduce the number of paper forms, phone calls, and emails to the maintenance crew. Let me know if you would like to see some examples.
