    Why is it that address 2 is highlighted and not address 1 when adding a person under NEW HOUSEHOLD?

    Just a guess, but do you have Google Toolbar installed and the "autofill" enabled?

    Yes.  Thank you.  I disabled the autofill.  However, the second address box still has a different look - like we're suposed to enter into that box first.  Is the ADDRESS 2 box intended to be the primary box for entering the street address?

    I got rid of the yellow box by unchecking the autofill "Highlight" setting.  All of my "Add New Household" fields are now white.  I didn't need to turn off autofill completely.
