    WebLink Forms and Giftedness information?

Is anyone using WebLink's Form Builder to capture Giftednesss information such as through a question/answer interface?

We are just beginning to implement the use of the giftedness assessment and our "team" has suggested having the form online, which we would most likely build through the form builder. The only thing is we're trying to figure out how to capture what we want to create the form and how to link it with the spiritual gift assessment test. We'll probably end up doing a link from our website to the gift assessment test and then have the F1 form link to give us the answers. We're lamenting that we'll then need to enter it manually into the person's record, but at least we'd have the info. Offering it online might allow us to collect that last percentage of people who don't ever turn in their paper form from the membership class. I think this will all happen within the next 6 months, hopefully. Any suggestions? :)

The only thing I can suggest is to keep it short.  We were using the Form Builder for our online applications and had to discontinue because it timed people out in 20 min. whether they were typing in the form or not.  It would not actually tell them they timed out, it just would not submit the form.  VERY FRUSTRATING!
