    Prison Ministries

I am a new F1 systems specialist and need some advice.  I would like to set up our Prison Ministries on F1.  They have a penpal program, mentors, prayer team and soon a correspondant Bible study.  I would like to know if anyone has any suggestions?  How did you do it?  I would appreciate any input.

    Re: Prison Ministries

    Hi Pam,

There are a couple of different areas that would work for what you need. The best for your mentors is WebLink's Relationship Manager. It's a very simple tool that allows mentors to log on via your church web site and make notes about all the people they are mentoring.

You can create a Group in Fellowship One of all the prayer team members for this ministry. The Group will allow you to quickly email everyone about upcoming meetings or prayer needs. You might also consider giving these people a volunteer assignment or individual attribute indicating that they are involved with the prison ministry. Your Fellowship Tech delivery manager can help you decide which method will be best here.

You can send an email to us at education@fellowshiptech.com to learn more about any of the above.

    Blessings!
