You can handle this using two different methods as outlined below:
- You can create a different Activity specifically for Saturday night's room structures and age groups.
- You can keep the Activity as is and have all of the rooms open on Saturday night. When children are checked into a room that is combined into another room... just take the child to that room. The Room, Locations, Class (RLC) don't have to be a true physical room. It can be a virtual room such as the 5-7 Months - Busy Bees which will be merged with anoother group of children in a combined physical room.
I prefer option 2 as it doesn't matter if a family comes on Saturday or Sunday, their participant assignments will always be correct. Case in point... if they move up from the Ladybug RLC to the Busy Bee on Sunday morning it's correct if there's only one Activity. If there are two different activities, this change of participant assignment is not replicated between both activities.
