If you have not done so already, please update your Private Email Address within your Member Profile. Having a valid Private Email Address is essential to fully utilize the many features of the user forums on this site.
Follow these steps to update your Member Profile:
- Login to the Experience site
- Click on your username in the upper right hand corner of the page
- Select the Email tab
- Enter a valid email address for the Private Email Address field (the last field on the page)
- Press Save Changes
