To date, I do not know of a specific project that will allow small
group leaders to go back and change attendance history. You mentioned
that "it wouldn’t allow him to select the correct date". This is a
feature of Small Group Manager. Once attendance has been posted on a
specific date that date is no longer available from Small Group Manager.
One thing you can
do though is fix attendance mistakes using the Post Attendance menu
option on the Ministry tab. You can edit the list of attendees and add
to it if necessary. The obvious problem is that this must be done by a
Fellowship One user rather than through the Small Group Manager. It
would be great to hear from other churches regarding a process for
reporting attendance corrections.
