I'm excited for your church! I think you will love working with WebLink's Form Builder tool. This will definitely help you get people registered and then run reports on who is coming.
The documentation referred to in the other post is the Form Builder user's guide. You can find it by clicking the "Support" link in Fellowship One and then searching for answer ID 195.
In addition to documentation, we also have WebLink training available. You can access this training by going to the Education tab on the Experience site. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see all information related to WebLink. If you elect to purchase a training package, you will actually get your first taste of using Form Builder. We use it here at Fellowship Tech to allow you to purchase add-on training and consulting.
To answer the 2nd part of your question, yes! Form Builder has a cool tracking mechanism that allows you to see all people who have already registered, plus add new people who fill out a paper form or call you to register.
