Part 1:
We used online registration through Weblink for the first time this summer. We were able to capture all the information we wanted through the online form, as well as place kids in 'holding tanks' based on their grade until it was time to move them onto specific teams. This part was great.
Unfortunately, the information we needed on rosters did not follow the kids from weblink. We needed allergy and authorized adult pick up information to be on team rosters, the nurses' rosters and the camp director's roster. The previous year we entered all registrations into F1 manually and added this information in the form of an attribute, this way we were able to run Excel reports that contained this necessary roster information.
I'm interested in finding out if there is a way to get this information on team rosters from weblink registrations.
Part 2:
How many kiosks would be necessary to check in approximately 1,000 - 1,200 kids? How long would it take?
