In a few weeks we are going live with Fellowship. It's exciting times and I'm looking forward to it. The Contacts feature is something I would love to put in to use, but a co-worker bought up a scenario that I just can't figure out. With Contacts and the Info card a person fills out in church, each box a person checks off will go to a specific ministry. Does this mean that if there's 5 different ministries, then 5 different people will be calling them? How do big churches get around this dilemma? With first time guest, we greet with a letter and phone call. But if that same guest wanted more info on a small group, and an event, how do you organize this? I'd love to hear how you're using it.
