I have been looking for a report that will give me contact items and notes by form and date range, but that also gives me the ability to see any individual attributes. For our youth ministry, I input all 1st time visitors, salvations and rededications each week and then give each of them a contact showing who is assigned to follow up with the individual (outside of F1) what they are being followed up for, any notes about the individual and their personal contact info. My problem is that if they are both a 1st time visitor and a new salvation then I do not want a contact created for each of these. The same person follows up with them for both, so I have the option to check off the attributes of 1st time visitor, salvation and rededication so that the follow up team knows why they are calling. I really like P1099E because I can take out what I don't need, but it does not give me the option of viewing individual attributes. I tried M4007 this week, but it means a lot of editing out information and deleting extra columns. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good report to use? I would love to hear any thoughts on a better way to run this as well.
