Hello everyone - I would like to know how your church handles portal access control. We have a large church and we rely upon volunteers quite a bit to help us out (as I am sure each of you do as well). The problem I am having is that I feel like too many volunteers are getting access to the database to do small tasks for staff members. Currently, we have about 37% of our portal users who are volunteers. Do you have a limit on the number of volunteers? Do you have a type of control that is set or do you give out portal access at all to volunteers? Your ideas & practices would be very helpful to me. Thank you!
