How are churches utilizing the Volunteer Pipeline feature in F1? What's working, what's not? Any suggestions? We're getting ready to begin funneling volunteers through the pipeline and I'd like to get some feedback from other churches as we begin to look at our volunteer process within the children's ministry and how to incorporate the volunteer pipeline into it.
