Multi-Site / Campus

Starting Multi Site any don't & do's with F1

Anyone went with multi site and choose to have everyone in 1 data base and did you like it, and for the others who chose to allow that site to have its own Data base did you like it?

Did you like it, hate it, switch to the other one, & any ideas?

Using a theater

We are opening our first multi-site location at a theater. Anyone have dos/don'ts about using movie theaters for church sites?

We also use F1 ChMS and will be using F1 check-in, has anyone had problems storing computers in trailers during the week etc.

Favorite Reports>>Multi-Site/campus

What are your favorite reports that you run to see the entire ministry as a whole? We have reports that we run for each "campus" but in getting a single shot look at all the campuses I haven't found that report. Any direction would be appreciated. We are having a report created for us...but in the mean time I would like to hear what others in the same boat are doing.

Authorization for pick up

We are a multi site church. We are wondering what other churches do when the parent looses their security pick up tag? We are looking for ideas.

Tracking giving for multi-campus

Can you give me suggestions/ideas on how your church is tracking giving if you have multiple campuses. What are the pros and cons to the way you do it? We have noticed that F1 recommends setting up your general fund by campus or purpose but we have also noticed that some churches using F1 just keep one general fund instead of having one per location. We want to be able to see giving for each location individually and collectively. Thanks for all input/responses! :)

Using F1 at different locations

Our church is getting ready to launch several satellite locations and we are trying to think of how the best way to use F1 would be with different locations.. Does anyone have any suggestions or already use F1 with Satellite locations? I would love to hear how it works for your church. Thanks in advance for any insight you may have.
