I am wondering if anyone out there has a process already in place for updating new visitors to attendees (once they actually get involved in the church), and archiving people who are no longer attending. Our criteria is pretty straight forward - either they (or their children) have attended any activity x amount of times in x months (x tbd still); or they have given x times in x months, or they are volunteering for a ministry.

Unfortunately, although i know what i want to do and the criteria for doing it, i can not seem to find a good way to do it through the F1 reports. I've talked to F1 about it and have gotten several different reports to use but it doesn't seem like there is a good way to implement it without having to look at each separate record (ie someone may be giving who isn't attending anything, but there is no way to cross reference that easily across the different reports i've been given to use).

Help?? :) we are running about 1500 people a weekend now, and i would like to actually have an accurate representation of who is actually attending vs. just visiting vs. hasn't been here in 2 years. :) Obviously it won't be perfect (because there are some people who just manage to stay below the radar no matter what!) but any improvement to our current 'hit or miss' process would be much appreciated! Thanks!

PlanningCenter.com

Literature for planningcenter.com was distributed at DC09 Conference. Is there a thought that the contact information from this could be pulled, eventually, from Fellowship One Database? It looks like a great tool, but we don't want to double email lists of volunteers.

Tracking Worship Service Attendance

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone posts attendance in F1 for their worship services or how they track attendance for their worship services?

Thanks! :)

Any suggestions or experiences?
