Using "Relationships" thru F-1

Is anybody using the Relationships option through People in Fellowship One to manage their hospital visitation? I'm told by support that this option is especially geared for this type of tracking, but I'm trying to set it up following User Notes "Creating Relationships" and am lost. Any help would be appreciated. I want our visitation team to be able to access Relationships Notes via our website, log in & enter their notes, but am half-way thru the instructions and am stuck. Any advice or helps available? Thanks.

How do you track deceased people?

Recently, we have experienced rapid growth in our church (and became the 44th fastest growing church in the nation)... This is fantastic and I pray that the Lord continues to make Himself more clear to people and more and more come to know who Jesus is through Quest. Now, the tricky part is that we no longer know everyone and their families anymore.

I would love to know the ways that other churches are keeping up with people who pass away and how you keep this information current in Fellowship One. There should be some good ideas out there... We've thought through several, calling life group leaders on a regualr basis, public records and having someone on our champion team reconcile the lists... I will take any ideas, good and bad ones!

How does your church track hospital visitations?

Congregation members that are in the hospital
Their status (don't foget about Ted Kennedy's HIPAA)
Which pastor has visited
Notes associated with the visit

Shepherding program?

How are people using F1 as part of a shepherding program where the elders of the congregation are each checking in with their own group of families/individuals? We would like to be able to keep notes of contacts, prayer requests, etc, as well as be notified of new notes. Is this type of thing handled through Groups, or via the relationship management piece?
