    Champion Team meetings

How are churches conducting their Champion Team meetings?

Do any of you have agendas for meetings you have held?

    Re: Champion Team meetings

We call our group the F1 Super Team. We used to meet weekly. We were able to hammer out many issues so now meet every other week. The team is made up of ministry admins. We would develop our agenda during the week and discuss them at the meeting.

    Re: Champion Team meetings

I call my team the F1 gurus and we meet once a month. We do have an agenda. I start with issues that have come up and need to be discussed. I usually choose one area and do a short training and then have question/answer period at the end.  It has been very effective to address issues across ministry areas.

    Re: Champion Team meetings

Our Champion Team is called the F1 Council and we meet every other week for 1 1/2 hours.  It is made up of the Minister of Operations, the Operations Admin and a Volunteer Advisor, plus 2-3 admins who are interested/trained in F1.  We always have a timed agenda and we keep an ongoing spreadsheet of projects we are working on.

In addition we have a "F1 Champion Team" that meets once a month or once every two months.  It is made up of all of our admins, plus our Finance Specialist, IT guy, Receptionist and others who are major users of F1.  We use this time for training, input and feedback from our key F1 people.

If you are interested I can email you our structure chart.

We are also relatively new to F-1.  I've done a few optional trainings but would love to have a copy of your agendas to see what type of things you cover in your monthly/weekly meetings with your team.

    Re: Champion Team meetings

I would love to have a copy of your agenda and your structure chart. That would be very helpful. We haven't implemented a Team yet... just started talking about it but I'm thinking it is really important to the ongoing integrity of our F1 database.

    Re: Champion Team meetings

Put me on the request list for your structured Champion Team Meeting Agenda. you made it sound very invited as you noticed.

We are implementing F1 currently and we have held weekly CTM meetings with the agenda to do many things to prepare for our go live date.  I am very interested in keeping the meeting going but worried about what to review on a weekly basis or with that said bi-weekly.  Not knowing what or how our staff is going to use F1 in their workload.   Please forward thanks
