We are new to Fellowship One and are still learning lots. My senior pastor really wants us to be able to print a church directory with pictures of everyone we have in our database. I have looked through the reports and cannot seem to find one that covers what we need. Basically we just need to have the household head and spouse, any children in the household, the phone numbers and address and a picture if it is in their file. Has anyone used a report in the database to do this or do I need to have a special report created? Any suggestions would be great!

Good morning Lauren.

One directory report I would recommend which should be a workable solution for you would be:

P1024 - Membership Directory Expanded with Extended Margins

This will display the Household Name in a format you choose, Address, Contact Information, Children and there is an option under the Additional Filters to display the household photo.

You may also change the Title of the report.

Please try running this report to ensure that it meets your needs.
