We use the M1042 report twice a week to find out who has missed 2 or more services for the past 90 days. The problems I am having with this report are:

#1 If someone is serving in the Children Church or nurserys they show up as missed but in fact they were in the building. I am wondering if there is another report I should be using that combines this info.

#2 For some reason I am showing up on this report as well as others who have not missed. There is no info given after the household name for us. For the people who did miss info of their last attendace and the name of each family member who has missed is listed.

Since this report only allows you to select a single ministry, it will only show you individuals that have missed consecutive weeks in that Ministry. For example, if you have a student who has attended your Student ministry then became a volunteer in Children's ministry, they will show as having missed the Student ministry even though they were in the building working in the Children's ministry.

Since it would change the basic structure of this report to make the Ministry filter a multi-select, we will need to create a new report for you.
