I would like to know what report will show attendance for a Sunday that will combine our 1st service, 2nd service, both services of nurseries and children's church, and all those serving in children's church and nursery for both services, without duplicates. For example I come to both services, and on the report I only want my name to show once. I have heard a report like this exists, but I have not found it (maybe I'm doing something incorrect).

Yes. I would like the report to list by name each person who was in the building.

We do not currently have a report which offers the functionality you are wanting, so allow to get some more clarification and I will create a report request for you.

You would like to be able to select multiple ministries, activities, and RLCs. You would like to select a date range for attendance (typically to be run for a single day).

From this, you want to see a list of people who had attended any of the selected RLCs within that date range.

For the report output, would you like it to be in PDF or Excel format?

Would you just like to see the names, or would you also like us to create a column which pulls together all the selected events they attended in that range?

So, for example:

Abbot   Sonya Ministry :: Activity :: RLC 2  |  Ministry :: Activity :: RLC3

Rush   Jeff       Ministry :: Activity :: RLC 1  |  Ministry :: Activity :: RLC2

When a report like this is custom made, do all churches get to use the report?  Is it listed under a Custom Report heading?  There must be many reports requested by churches - I know some of them might be reports that we are also looking for.

Good evening.

When we create a report based on a custom request we assign it a report code that is not currently being used and we make it available to all churches by default.

Typically we will only restrict the report to the church that requested it is when it uses some information specific to the requesting church or when the report is based on a specific setup that the church has put in place.

This allows us to offer only those reports which can easily be used by most churches so that we don't clutter up the Report Library.
