Report Description: This report displays open, in progress and closed contacts by the person they were assigned to regardless of what ministry area or contact item type they are. For example, if you are looking at the vitals and see a portal user who has rights to receive contacts but has not received any, this report will display the household and the notes associated with the contact item.
