We love the new Household/Individual 2.0! Unfortunatelly not all of us are able to access the new gear feature on the Individual view page..  Is anyone else having tis problem.. We found that one of our computers is showing the gear but all the others are not. Could it be a software issue? I'd appreciate any help or suggestions!!

 what web browser are you using?  IE 7?  IE 6?  Firefox?  the gears do not show with Internet Explorer 6

Thank you!!! We just figured that out!!! Did I miss that somewhere? I thought I read everything and didn't see that as a requirement......  I know when we launched the new check in we were told to have updates before hand... just curious!!
