Browse and Edit All People Records

Is there some way to do this?  We have just started using F1 and our old database had some stray characters (like * or &) that were there and we want to browse all the records now to clean up any that might have been brought over from the old system.  What is the best way of doing this?  I can't seem to find a way to just "browse" each record without using a Report, and I can't find a report that will let me flip through each record and make any edits necessary!

    Thanks!

I use queries for this kind of thing.  You can search all Individual names (or info) that contain & or whatever and then turn that list into a People Group to work and remove from the group as you clean them up.

If this doesn't make sense, email me and I will try to help walk you through it.

Thanks so much for the response, Andrea!  My problem, though, is we don't know exactly what characters we might find - so we can't search on specific ones like & and get them all...  I'm wondering if I just have to go by searching on each letter of the alphabet one at a time to browse through them all...  This is just one aspect of F1 that I'm not used to(!) - I'm used to being able to actually access each data record and LOOK at them all without having to think of a way to "search" first!!

    Thanks again!
