    Staffing Assignments...

    Recently I have noticed that when a husband and wife are both serving in the same children's classroom during the same service/date/time/etc, it appears that the person who checks in first (usually the husband) remains active in the staffing assignment, but the wife's assignment becomes inactive...has anyone else noticed this problem?

    I have not seen this issue.  Are the assignments that you are referring to the staffing assignments in the portal?  If so that is definitely not supposed to happen.  If you see this again please report it as an issue through the support tab.  Our support team will work with you to find an answer.
