We currently (for the last 4-5 years) have been using Ezekiel (parent company is Axletree Media) in Birmingham, AL as our web site host. We are fairly new to Fellowship and are looking for ways to seamlessly and easily integrate the two.

I can help you a bit with the Ezekiel issue.  If you can add a link to your web page through Ezekiel then you can link to Fellowship One.  WebLink integration (linking Fellowship One to your web page) is as simple as adding a button to a page with a hyperlink behind it.  Your first step should be to take the WebLink classes offered by Fellowship Technologies.  They will prepare you for the back end process necissary to understand what will happen when you open your website up to people registering for events, managing their small groups, and giving online.
