Setting up contact forms for multiple sites

Anyone else setting up contact forms for a church running multiple campuses? We currently have 6 campuses and the way we are set up now we have our contact forms (such as the form visitors fill out in worship) duplicated for every campus. I was thinking of trying to consolidate them into a single form but wanted to see if anyone else has done this and has run into any problems.

    Howdy!

You'd probably want to keep the contact forms separate as there may be different people that own the task of following up with the attendee from each campus.  If you had a single form, then you might have 6 different contact items for Children's Ministry, Volunteering, etc.  At least when you have 6 different forms, you only have one choice for Children's Ministry, Volunteering, etc.

          I hope this helps!

Yeah, that was the issue I started running in to. Many of the items on the form are filtered through a single POC in the office. ie. a request for information about church membership from any campus goes through our membership secretary who mails the information to the individual. However, items such as First Time Guest, Request to speak with a minister, etc. are routed specifically to staff members responsible for those items at the separate campuses. I guess I'll have to keep the forms separate for now. At least until F1 makes it possible to route items to multiple staff members. :)
