You should not have to join Vimeo to see the overview video, it's set to public. However, to view the training videos we ask for your name and email address just to track who is viewing them.

I'm not clear what your looking for exactly. Fellowship One does support associating a family photo on the household view. You can do it one at a time or in a batch. Check out AnswerID 48 in the Support tool. If you're looking for something different, could you please clarify and I'll track down the answer.
