• re: 5 Degrees of Contact

tgrace, We've had a lot of requests for those secondary relationships. I think that would be an excellent idea, and really helps to know how people are related when trying to build those personal relationships with them.

  • re: Swim Lane Documents: Contact Management 201

These documents are a great help for the Data Integrity Team establishing policies and procedures. It also helps the Champion Team in training the volunteers. Please distribute more if you can.

  • Re: Insert Image into Group Email

HTML is the best way that I have found to get a picture or image on an e-mail. What I've done is created an account at www.photobucket.com and uploaded all my images onto that account. You can create one for the church staff and everyone can use it. It automatically gives you the html link for embedding in forms as well as ...

  • re: Hsld/Ind 2.0 - Forms

For the current registrations, I definitely think making it consistant with the other changes you guys are making and having an expanded option to where you can see all of the person's registrations. I also think having the date of the event would be something good to have at the front screen.

  • re: Hsld/Ind 2.0 - Comm's and Addresses

We have instances where the parents are divorced and the kids are in two different households. I'd like to see a function where the kids can have a primary and secondary household address. That way if mom brings them one weekend and dad the other, we won't have to have the kids in two seperate entries. Hopefully that makes sense.

  • re: Need Feedback - Household/Individual 2.0

HH 2.0 is looking great. Is there a way to view the person's last 5 activities. When we are looking at a person's overall involvement, it would be great if there were a section to see the person's last 5 checkins.

  • Sports Ministry

I'm still trying to get our sports ministry off the ground. I do however have it set up right now under our small groups ministry so if we have lay leaders that go and post attendance, they can do it through weblink without having to give a bunch of people F1 user accounts.

I love it. I just had someone ask me today if we could do this. Keep up the good work guys. Do we have an ETA on this change?

  • re: Fellowship One Check-in New Release - Apr 25, 2008

I have one comment about the new release. I downloaded it to one of our kiosks just to see how the features work during our weekend services. When going to check someone in through a supercheckin, it automatically checks in to the first activity on the top of the list. Maybe it's just the way I was doing it, but I don't think so. ...

  • re: Mass Action preview (wanna change status for 1000 people at once?)

I like the change. One thing that I was hoping the Mass Update would cover is new from checkin and new from website. I would love to be able to go in and change the status of new from checkin if people haven't come for a particular amount of time. The way I'm envisioning it is to have it set up similar to a query builder with the ...

  • re: Need Feedback - New Report UI

The only question I have is whether there will be a training guide to simplify me training my staff on how to build new reports and what the different terminology means in that process. Other than that, all the updates look really good. You guys do impressive work.
