We have set up each of our multisites with a different fund code and sub funds for benevolence, designated, building funds for each site as needed. That way we can keep a total for the whole church or divide it up. That way we can let the multisite Pastors know about their building funds, what benevolnece they have available etc.

We have 10 multisite churches and we are all using the same F1 account. Our multisite staffs incude a support person who is well trained in F1 and we have set them up as seperate Ministries at the Activity level. We are new to F1 this year, but we chose to use Attributes and then the same day we did promotion, we edited the attributes to reflect the new grade- starting with 12th grade and working down. So far it is working great and we can do a query on all the kids in a grade, whether they have a participant assignment or not.

We had a report written M1800e- that lets you search by participant assignment and get the parents and kids e-mails. It has worked really well for our Sunday school and for our children's choirs.

We need to be able to add scholarship payments and fund raising money payments in our camps that are using weblink. There is no area in the drop down for other. How do other churches do this? Any suggestions?

We are looking for the same answer- we need to e-mail the parents of children who have participant assignments in various minitries. We have asked support to write a report for us but if all your children have an attribute you can use report M1465E. it only works if all the children have an attribute- but it's a start.

Hi! we are new to F1 and with our previous software, we could export a file and have their company print, stuff and mail our statements. We do over 4000 every quarter. Our local companies told us they couldn't do that unless all the statements were only one page. Several of our statements are multi page. Does anyone have a suggestion of companies ...
