I would like to hear from other sites how you handle staffing your kiosks for weekday and weeknight events. Is the ministry hosting the event responsible for checking in their participants? Who handles caregiving? What if you have multiple events checking in at the same time?

The church I am at has 4 weekend services - 2 on Saturday night and 2 on Sunday. We do our scheduling a bit differently and treat each service and weekend separately.
