  • Setting up contact forms for multiple sites

    Anyone else setting up contact forms for a church running multiple campuses? We currently have 6 campuses and the way we are set up now we have our contact forms (such as the form visitors fill out in worship) duplicated for every campus. I was thinking of trying to consolidate them into a single form but wanted to see if anyone else has done this ...
