Does anyone use an e-newsletter program, such as Constant Contact? If so, how do you keep your Fellowship One data, such as emails, updated?

Is anyone using F1 to track an attendees spiritual maturity? Something like different levels of maturity. Would assigning an attribute work for this? Is that the best/only solution?
