    Have you thought about using Report G5018E?  It lists the envelope number, the household associated with that number and also the individual associated with the number.  When I pull this list, I hide the household listing and use the individual list because the husband and wife are associated together.  The child or  ...

    Could someone please share with me how you do Mail Merges within F1? I would like to mail letters addressed to the Head & Spouse of distinct households.  I am unable to find a report that gives me the option to have two colums:  one for HeadFirstName & one for SpouseFirstName.  Has anyone else found a way to tackle this ...

    If it's for small groups of people you could use the mapping program at http://www.batchgeocode.com/. It let's you put in a set of addresses and outputs a map with those addresses marked. You can also save the map as a webpage or as a .kml file for use in Google Earth.
