We actually don't run our background checks using Fellowship. We run ours through our local state patrol and its free because we are non profit. We have an account which allows us to login from our own computer and we get results instantly.

Does anyone process background checks for volunteers on an annual or recurring basis? If so, what is the best way to use F1 to process? Is it easiest simply to ask volunteers to submit a new application on an annual basis, and if so, what is the best way to track who has done this?

The functionality of creating or editing Volunteer Interest forms should be moved from the Admin Tab to the Ministry tab. I should not have to give users rights to the Admin tab to create or edit these forms. I should also not have to manage the editing of these forms as the system administrator.

We tried to use the Form Builder in F1 to gather more information but it timed out in 20 min whether they were typing in it or not. Also, people had to create an account to use it which became a barrier to potential new volunteers. We decided to use Wufoo form builder for our serving forms.
